Centre for Academic Innovation and Research (CAIR) is designing a blended learning teacher education program which combines digital medida and traditional classroom.
We hope to conduct research on teacher education, student learning outcomes, effect of academic innovation on student learning etc in future once we reach sustainability.

Business model
We are not for profit social enterprise. We work closely with low cost private schools at the moment.
1) In order to get our services a school need to pay 20,000/= per month and we will provide teacher training along with academic support.
2) We are not providing trainings to individual teachers, however if a group of 40-50 teachers come together, and pay 2000/teacher we will provide them our services.
